We are St.Kitts’ premier online food ordering and delivery service.
We work with a number of restaurants to facilitate online orders for pick up, and delivery of their food to your home or office.

How does 869ToGo work?
It’s really quite simple – you choose the restaurant of your choice, add the available items from their menu to your cart, select checkout and choose either pickup or delivery. You then enter your contact information and delivery address (if we’re delivering) and payment details, and that’s it! We take it from there!
Once your order is submitted, a copy is sent to 869ToGo and a copy goes to the selected restaurant.
When the restaurant gets your order they immediately begin preparing it!
When we receive your order, our skilled dispatchers enter your information into our delivery system. They then select one of our drivers who’ll be able to get your order to you soonest. Then here’s where it gets fun!
You get a text and an email alert letting you know that we’ve received your order and we let you know the approximate time when your order should be delivered by.
The driver now gets your delivery information sent to him on our proprietary app installed on his phone. He then goes to the restaurant that you ordered from and collects your order.
As soon as he has your order, he ‘starts’ the delivery in the app. You then get another alert letting you know that your order is on its way and who will be delivering your order. You also get a link so that you can track the driver on Google Maps, as he’s driving to you.
Once he arrives, you’ll get another alert letting you know that the driver is outside! You collect your order from the driver and sign for it, and that’s it!
No more wondering if you have enough cash to order in. No more looking for the exact amount of money to pay for the order.

What are your delivery times?
We deliver Monday to Saturday from 11am to 10:30pm, and 12pm to 10:30pm on Sundays.
Why doesn’t 869ToGo accept cash?
It’s easier for and safer for everyone involved this way!
Do I have to tip?
Whether you tip or not is completely up to you, but of course is always appreciated.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. You can order whatever you’d like regardless of price.
How do I redeem a coupon?
If you do get a promotional coupon from one of the restaurants, you can apply it during the checkout process.
Do you charge the same prices as the restaurant does in the restaurant?
We encourage our restaurants to always use the same pricing for delivery as they do for their in-house menu, although there may be exceptions. If you have any questions about menu pricing, please contact the restaurant directly.
Can I place orders in advance?
Yes, some restaurants do allow this.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can choose Pickup during the checkout process.
What if I forget to select delivery when I placed my order?
If you erroneously selected “Pickup” during checkout instead of Delivery, please contact our customer support hotline immediately (869) 663-2777.
Please note that you will be subject to a delivery fee of $15ec that will have to be paid driver at the time of delivery.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We have a dedicated customer service team that looks after your entire 869ToGo experience from the moment you place an order on our website through to it arriving at your doorstep. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. In the rare case that this happens, you can always contact us at [email protected] or on (869) 663-2777 and we will look into this for you.
What if my order is late?
Our drivers get to you as quickly as they can, but sometimes there can be a delay. We always try our best to proactively call you if we feel that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery.
What if I am not around when the delivery driver arrives?
If you think you won’t be at the delivery address in time to receive your order, please let us know immediately by emailing [email protected] or calling our hotline at (869) 663-2777.
Our driver will always try to call you if there is an issue once they reach your delivery address. If they are unable to get hold of you, our customer service team will try and reach you via phone and email. Please check your emails during the delivery time for any updates.
If we cannot contact you and are unable to deliver the order, our delivery driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving the area to complete the next order. In this event we are afraid that you will still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
Chargebacks & Fraud
If a purchase results in a chargeback due to unauthorized card use to make a purchase, we will use any and all methods to collect the funds plus a US$35 bank fee and a US$35 internal processing fee.
In the case of fraudulent transactions the information will be turned over to law enforcement.
